Welcome to Craft-Works! By engaging with our premium and custom design box services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


READY MADE PREMIUM BOXES

1. Order placement

  • Availability: Our ready-made premium boxes are subject to availability. We will inform you if any selected product is out of stock and offer alternatives if possible.


2. Delivery:

  • Delivery Address: It is advisable to provide accurate delivery information. Any additional costs may incurred due to incorrect information.
  • Address Changes: Changes is only available before the order is being shipped out.
  • Acceptance of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damages or missing items. Contact us immediately within 48 hours should there be any issues with the package.

3. Intellectual Property:

  • Ownership: Any designs, concepts, or materials created for the ready made premium boxes remain the intellectual property of The Prestige Creations.

4. Modifications & exchange:

  • Modifications: Modifications are subject to order processing status. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
  • Exchange: Products may be exchangeable within 48 hours. Products must be in original conditions. Additional fees may incur.


5. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation: Cancellation can only be made before delivery.
  • Refunds: Should there be any damaged products, proof of images & products are required to send back. From there, we will access and proceed with refunding accordingly.


6. Limitation of Liability:

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.


SEMI-CUSTOM & CUSTOM DESIGNED

1. Order Placement and Payment:

  • Quotation: The pricing for and custom design boxes will be provided in a detailed quotation. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.
  • Order Confirmation: To initiate the design and production process for custom design boxes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The balance is due upon completion, before shipment.


2. Custom Design Process:

  • Consultation: The custom design process begins with a consultation to understand your requirements and preferences.
  • Design Approval: Once the design is proposed, you will have the opportunity to review and approve it. Up to 3 revisions are allowed.
  • Final Approval: After the final design is approved, a colour proofing will be provided.


4. Production and Delivery:

  • Timeline: The production and delivery timeline for custom design boxes will be communicated during the consultation phase and is subject to change based on the complexity of the design and materials used.
  • Delivery Address: It is advisable to provide accurate delivery information. Any additional costs may incurred due to incorrect information.
  • Acceptance of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damages or missing items. Contact us immediately within 48 hours should there be any issues with the package.


5. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 working days of confirmation, subject to a 30% fee of the quoted price. Please note that cancellations made after 2 working days are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress custom design orders.


6. Intellectual Property:

  • Ownership: Any designs, concepts, or materials created during the custom design process remain the intellectual property of The Prestige Creations until full payment is received.


7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
